Dr. Fuchs is a caring and thoughtful board certified family care physician. With over 30 years experience as a physician she brings with her a
multifaceted approach of traditional and holistic medicine with a genuine compassion for her patients. From traditional family practice to osteopathy,
homeopathy and acupuncture she is uniquely skilled to tackle many of today's health concerns.
Having finished medical school in 1980 at the Zaporozhe School of Medicine in Ukraine. In 1999 she finished New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with honors in Osteopathic Medicine and Hematology. Making her one of a small minority of physicians that are both MD's and DO's that practice osteopathy. Following her internship at Peninsula Hospital she completed her Family Care Residency at St John's Episcopal Hospital. In 2002 she completed a medical doctor's certificate in acupuncture at SUNY downstate. She is affiliated with and holds admitting privileges at some of New York's best hospitals including Beth Israel Medical Center, St. John's Episcopal Hosptial, Lutheran Hospital and Methodist Hospital. Dr. Fuchs is board certified in Family Practice, she also holds a diplomate Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM/OMT) and currently practices in Brooklyn.
